NewNOTEPAD Pro is highly functional replacement for Apple's Note Pad program. You can use it not only as a note pad but also as a diary or a scrapbook.
Once you use it, you should make it your mainstay. In Japan it is the popular standard for notepad software.

toNotePad
Japanese Version Only
This file is the program made by Mr. Nishimura of Research Institute for Brain and Blood Vessels-AKITA.
By dropping the folder containing text files onto "toNotePad", the file is converted into NewNOTEPAD II's exported file.
When the text file created with "toNotePad" is imported by NewNOTEPAD II, it is converted into the Notepad file retaining its hierarchical structure.
This program is made by Mr. Taguchi Yasuharu.
NNPtoHTML is a HyperCard stacks to convert NewNOTEPAD II file into hierarchical HTML.
Resulted HTML file includes, the contents page which has links to the each Note page and Note pages. Each Note page has links to "Next page", "Previous Page", and "Contents".
It can be downloaded from Mr.Taguchi's home page also.
NewNOTEPAD II
The previous version of Notepad software.
This software is Fat application. Both 68K-Macintosh and PowerPC Macintosh do perform high-speed. Works on Mac OS 7.1 through 9.x. Licence sale and the user support were discontinued.
